We have staged our fee tariff so that you pay no more than is necessary. For example, if after the ‘Step 1 Letter’ is sent, the tenant vacates the property or rectifies the breach (e.g. by paying all arrears of rent), our charges will be limited to £25 plus VAT. If the tenant vacates after a s8 Notice is served, our fees will be limited to a total of £75.00 plus VAT.
