Solicitor/Legal Executive - Private Client – Salary Negotiable.

Dealing with full and complex caseloads of private client matters.

Preparing Wills and providing advice and planning in relation to Inheritance Tax.

Dealing with the administration of higher value Estates.

Advising clients on Inheritance Tax planning and Court of Protection matters including undertaking work on behalf of patients.

General practice work (primarily non-contentious) including residential conveyancing and commercial conveyancing, Wills, Probate and Court of Protection including the preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney.

Preparing Wills, Codicils and Deeds of Gift, preparing Estate Accounts and administering Estates.
