Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs)

SP Law LLP are ideally placed to ensure that your Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is prepared promptly, at a competitive price and crucially by a competent Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA).

An expedited service is also available, providing the EPC within 24-48 hours.

We shall arrange for the DEA to visit your property in order to prepare a report. Your home's performance will be rated in terms of the energy use per square metre of floor area, energy efficiency based on fuel costs and environmental impact based on carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions.

Once completed, we shall arrange for the EPC to be emailed to you and where relevant, your Estate Agent.
